Overview
About Me
I love exploring, in one way or another. So far this has taken me to Berlin for a phD in Sociology, to becoming a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, teaching a course on Engaged Buddhism at the Humboldt University Berlin, playing the drums, living 2 months in Portugal in an Ashram and Zen Buddhist Meditation. What else I like: reading books (currently: The God of Small Things), riding MTB - but not fanatically, walking, etc etc.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing is a great way of expressing the sharing economy! I love the concept of experience vs stay. Meeting new people is part of the experience.
Interests
As described above, I have a lot of interests and am curious by nature. At the moment I am interested in SenseCamp Berlin and Open Circular Economy Days Berlin...as I am part of the organization. Furthermore I am aspiring to become a social entrepreneur; it's never too late to find your calling!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have flewn in the cockpit of a passenger plane...not flying myself of course, but I was lucky enough to get to sit with the pilot for the flight. It was very beautiful!
Teach, Learn, Share
I am teaching Yoga here in Berlin- It's is wonderful to see the effects of yoga on people. The way my students radiate after class is my biggest reward.
I want to learn how to become an MTB guide and how to become a coach...and one day I'll combine the two with yoga!
