Like being outside, surfing if there are waves, long walks if there aren't, cloud spotting, forgaging for wild mushrooms, watching the stars

Interested in practical spirituality, I'm currently organising a meetup group for people interested in using meditation to achieve Awakening.

I have a studio with a friend where I build art which combines sculpture, electronics and eco-energy.

I really enjoy playing musical instruments but I'm not very good at any of them.

Sights, sounds, sensations, thoughts - the raw sensate material of experience - totally unadorned, unfettered, nothing in front, nothing behind.
No-one here, there, then, this that or anywhere :)

I am a very handy practical sort of person and can fix/repair pretty much anything using the most unlikely materials.
