About Me

Hi, I am Antek from Mokotów, and I'm new on couchsurfing. I am a cheerful, happy person who likes to talk, and meet new people from other countries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

All the time while being abroad I had this feeling that I'm not really fully aware of all of those attracions that were awaiting me during my stay, in other words I needed someone to point out what's hiding underneath the guide. Not to mention the feeling of overpaying for accomodation. My friends told me that the best way to get what's the best from travelling is to meet up with localesi, so here I am.
I want to get to know better the culture, habits and all those awesome things that I wouldn't have found in any guide.

Unfortunately, right now, I can't provide shelter in Warsaw.

Music, Movies, and Books

All kinds of music, from gabber to Beethoven, as long as it has any kind of melody. But if I had to choose my favourite band or artist I'd choose Cunninlynguists.
Same with movies, I don't have any favourite in particular but I do enjoy comedies, especially french and polish. When it comes to books I like Alistar McLean's "Guns of the Navarone" ,"Where Eagles Dare" and many more. Also the Witcher's Saga and some of Stephen King's bestsellers: Shining, Misery and the Green Mile.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I took part in World Cup in Inline Alpine and therefore an oportunity to represent my country in official, international competiton.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to chop vegetables, I think I'm quite good at it. Also I have some experience in teaching people how to ski if you'd like to try. I can tell you history of my country, its traditions and many many more. Give me a chance to talk and I'll talk :). I also can make a good pizza.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain

Countries I’ve Lived In
