About Me

Hi ! I'm someone very curious and open-minded(tourism is also my field of work !). I like to go out for a few drinks, smoke and argue about politics and social stuff (I love to debate about anything, that's how you get to really know people). I'm interested in the arts, culture, history, politics, science, music...basically anything I don't know is somewhat interesting to me. I have a special interest in Japanese culture, after a working holiday there, but don't worry, I can keep my mouth shut about it if you don't love Japan aha !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The most interesting part of travel is to meet people. A country isn't only made of museums, restaurants, and hotels: the inhabitants are what it's truly made of. I never tried it before, but following the very positive advice from my friends, I would like to give a try to the CS experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love the books from Asimov, but i don't only read SF, i also like historical novels, classical literature, etc. My favourite movie is The Good, The Bad and the Ugly, followed by Interstellar (yep they don't have much in common!). I listen to pretty much any kind of music if it fits the atmosphere.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I sang in Japanese (while having no idea what it meant) for a Japanese TV show audition. It was pretty funny, and thank God, I failed.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a master of none, so I can hardly teach you anything else but languages. Joke appart, it's hard to consider myself able to "teach" you anything, but i'm very curious about a lot of stuff, so there's probably something you can learn from me through conversation (i do not guarantee it will be usefull though) f you can teach me anything, you will be my god (well just for a moment ).

What I Can Share with Hosts

Experience, laugh, exchange of points of view, language practice...I'm not a very good cook, but I can cook a few good French meals if the ingredients are available in your country.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Canada, Japan, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States
