Misguided misfit that gets caught up in the day to day grind of life. Primarily I'm running my optical lab when I'm not dreaming up new opportunities for life ventures. Or breaking/working on cars, playing with my saw mill or doing some paddle boarding. My dream is to leave all my current possessions behind and move to the Florida Keys. It will happen one day, after we (we is Tina, my fiance) open our restaurant and finish a few other projects we are constantly working on. I am easy going and can get roped into doing almost anything. That's good and bad.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm Couchsurfing because I'm tired of the routine humdrum hotel non experience.
I've traveled the US quite a bit for business and it's always get in and get out. We have had some good experiences traveling and choosing guest houses and I figure why not. I'd rather experience community and meet people than watch from the sideline.

Interests

Wow, let's see. I've logged a few miles on my Cannondale. Love snorkeling, would like to learn how to sail. Really enjoy traveling. I love going to new places, I always want to go back to places I have been but there are too many places to explore that we haven't been to. I really enjoy meeting people every where we go.

Music, Movies, and Books

One of my most favorite book is A Salty Piece of Land by Jimmy Buffett. It makes me want to take to the seas and explore the world. I also enjoy his music as well, but with music it's all mood. I love classic rock, of course 80's but love lots of the current artists. Pink, Will I Am, Gwen Stefani, ok I just love music. Now movies. I love the classics. Reservoir Dogs, True Romance, Pulp Fiction and Office Space...... Yeah

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I one amazing gravity defying Super Man flight I managed to total a Ninja motorcycle and a Hyundai. I was riding the motorcycle and won a game of chicken. I say won because I walked out of the hospital the same day. A close 2nt is walking in on a drug deal in Mexico!
