I live with 4 other roommates in Northwest Chicago, 3 are college friends and the other is a dog (his name is Travis).

I travel for work Monday through Thursday, but when I'm home Friday-Sunday I'm always looking to make the most out of the weekend, whether its a quick weekend trip somewhere, or causing a bit of trouble in Chicago in the night time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A friend recommended me who has been hosting for quite a bit of time now. I'm intrigued with the possibility of meeting different people of different backgrounds. Sharing our past experiences and making new ones together!

Interests

Experiencing music of all kinds, whether it just be listening, going to a music festival, or singing and dancing to it!

Love watching and keeping up with various sports, like basketball, (American) football, baseball, soccer, and tennis. I also love to play those sports.

Music, Movies, and Books

Like I said above, all different kinds of music interest me. A bit of rap here, R&B, jazz, alternative, pop, country, electronica, etc.

I'm much more into TV shows than movies, but I do occasionally enjoy a comedy, thriller, or documentary. I've been very much into HBO original series lately, as well as some AMC shows. (Game of Thrones, True Detective, Ballers, Last Week Tonight, The Brink, Boardwalk Empire, Walking Dead, Mad Men, and so on.)

I don't read too much, but I'm reading a bit more. I've been using my Amazon kindle app while traveling. Currently reading A Song of Ice and Fire. I also want to read a bit of poetry.

Teach, Learn, Share

I suppose I could teach people a few of my dance moves! I love to just improvise to the music. Quite honestly dancing probably makes up about 60% of my exercise haha.

I want to learn more about the "feel" of other parts of the country and world. What does it mean to live or be from a certain place?

I love sharing conversations with people, especially when we're open to sharing the things about ourselves we feel make us unique. What makes you you? And what connects you and me?
