It's been a while since I read a good book (I'm more of a movie/tv series guy). But my favorite books are Timeline by Michael Crichton and The Harry Potter Series by J.K. Rowling. The Hunger Games had me on book one but then it got repetitive... didn't finish the 3rd.

Practical
I have a simple formula to help people create passwords. The formula is dynamic and can adapt to any website's parameters (6-8 characters, upper and lower case, numbers and symbols etc.) Most important, it's memorable so you can have a different password for each website and yet... you'll remember it!

Inter-Personal
I've had a lot of experience in leadership development, listening, and interpersonal communication. My dad is a psychologist and always taught us kids, "Know your style, the style of others, and how to adapt." I have learned a great tool to help people know how to do just that.

Spiritual
As a person of faith, I've found many people are uncomfortable praying using 'their own words' (as opposed to using a memorized prayer). If your interested in spirituality, I can teach you an ancient (yet very simple) prayer technique that helped me learn to pray.
