One of my main passions is being active outdoors, especially gardening, fishing, kayaking, hiking, foraging and any other activities that give you an excuse to be moving about. I see cooking as a creative outlet and always value learning more about food culture and the history behind it. I enjoy taking in new cultural perspectives and engaging in conversations with people from any and all backgrounds.

Favorite artists would have to include Alabama Shakes, Charles Bradley, Sturgill Simpson, The Temptations, and Otis Redding. I haven't had a television in years and limit my times at the theater but would have to go with Sandlot as my childhood movie and Oh Brother Where Art Thou would be my top favorite. Books would be One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest, The Divine Comedy and The Sun Also Rises.

Hmm contributed to saving two people from severe danger, one on the side of a railroad and the other flipped over on the side of the road. Not amazing to brag by any reasoning just amazing they actually made it out alright.
