Hi! My names Anthony and I'm 23 years old. I am a special needs primary school teaching assistant, working with children with Autism. I used to work in logistics but realised that it wasn't making me happy so I quit and went to America to work at a special needs summer camp and soon realised that was my calling! As well as working as a TA I am a support worker for people with all sorts of disabilities and in the summer I work at a mainstream summer camp, really loving life at the moment! I am always up for new adventures and sharing mine and listening to others experiences! :) I always try to see the positive in things and am always laughing, love meeting new people which is why I'm on here!

I am on here to be able to meet new people and find out about different places from locals instead of travel sites! I feel it is very important to have an insider view to really be able to fully appreciate anywhere! I also have a few stories to share from my time on this planet, and people have told me I have a good outlook on life, so this is something that I want to share! :)

兴趣

I love to work with children and with special needs. I have never done anything more rewarding than caring for people with severe disabilities who are dependent on others. I also love to sing and play my guitar :) I ride a motorbike in England and I also partake in Firestaffing. (long metal pole with fire on each end!)

I appreciate all genres of music from rock, to drum and bass, to reggae, literally all ends of the spectrum when it comes to music. Some of my favorite artists are Dub FX, MC Xander, Beans on Toast, DVBBS, Slipknot, Black Stone Cherry and more... I'm not a big movie fan if I'm honest but my favorite film is Anchorman. Unfortunately do not really read books! :( I've tried to get into it as I know there is so much to learn from it but, I always struggle to stay interested.

Working at a Summer camp for Special needs. These campers range from very high to very low functioning Autism, we also had a lot of very behavioral campers and people with Down syndrome and Asperger's. Working there was very intense, tending to their every need 24/7 but so, so rewarding. I have been bitten, scratched, punched, kicked, shouted at, you name it, it's happened to me, but I loved it so much I am definitely going to do it all again next year!

I believe that everything happens for a reason, and that you need to be the change you want to see. Which is one of the reasons I'm a vegetarian. I believe that peace on earth is evolution for mankind, and I know that one day we will get there!
