ABOUT ME

Hey, I'm Anthony. I was born and raised in the USA(new Jersey).

I moved several times, working in city's all across the USA, including, New York City, San Francisco, California, Napa Valley, California, Aspen, Colorado, Fort Collins, Colorado. Chincoteague,Virginia, New Jersey, and Cincinnati, Ohio.

I have lived inTuscany, Italy for 3 years as the chef of a luxury hotel. After Italy I moved to Hong Kong for 5 years and now recently I moved to Bangkok.

I am very laid back and easy going. I work long days and like to head out after work for drinks. If you would like to stay with me be prepared to head out at night after 10pm for some drinks and I can show you some Bangkok night life. Looking for fun surfers looking to have some fun in Bangkok night life.

I love outdoor activities from skydiving to snowboarding. I like sports both watching and playing. Since I'm a chef anything that has to do with food and wine really excites me, especially pairing combinations, cheese, charcuterie, pastas, and breads. History and Traveling!

I understand that couch surfing isn't just a free place to stay. I hope that someone will host me and that we both will benefit from the experience. I plan on teaching you whatever you would like to learn. I can help with anything from the culture here and the language, down to the food and style here. If you host me I would love to cook for you(and clean) Teach you if you would like to learn about cooking or sit back and relax and get a nice meal made for you in exchange for a place to sleep. I am hoping to learn about the culture, language and cuisine so anything that i learn from you will benefit me. I would love to see the types of food you like to eat, where you like to shop and go out for fun. I'm sure any experience will be a great one and it will be great meeting a new friend along my journey traveling across Europe and Asia
