About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Help to transcend restrictions and make this world and it´s multitude of fabulous people my home and my friends! : )
ABOUT ME
I am like the perfect 50´s wife. Loving, gentle, a good cook, good with kids, love gardening and managing the house and family, a good host, etc. But I don´t wear petticoats, am not a woman, nor a wife, am an artist and philosopher and am introducing the concept of elves to my thesis... (it would take too much space to explain right here...) I love my friends, and believe me, I have a lot of them all over the world, but regrett that I don´t get to spend more time with each and every one of them. I would love to lead a content everyday life, but I´m too excited to remain in one place for a longer period of time. I would love to see and learn just about everything there is.... Well, I´m working on it. : )
PHILOSOPHY
This world could be a happy and magical place for everyone. But it all has to start in your own head. You have to believe it and want it, and you need to face all the dark, frightening and sad stuff, and confront it, in order to make your dream come true! : )
And there is no one who is worth more or less than anybody else (this doesn´t mean that it is possible to get along with everyone though; more´s the pity). : )
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I´m just starting out here, but it´s the ultimate idea! I want to travel the world and meet new friends and I never knew how to make this dream come true to the extend I wished for. ....until I discovered couchsurfing! : ) I hope to practice some surfing this year and am thinking about volunteering... : D
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
No official couch surfing, but I started traveling and making friends that way about age 13... It´s great and I´ve made best friends with some of the most unusual and great people I could possibly hope for. Everybody out there is special, and the best way to get to know them is by visiting and experiencing their country, culture, language, life, etc.!
Interests
Lots, and lots, and lots! ; )
Art, travelling, languages, people, sports, minorities, animals, nature, books, films, ....
I´m a crazy artist. I´ve friends in japan, norway, sweden, canada, america, germany, austria (of course),... I´ve lived in cities and in the country (on a beautifull farm with lots of animals and artists!), worked as an artist, filmmaker, photographer, horse boy, farm boy, nany, postman, actor,... I started Tae-kwon-do as a kid and am currently fencing, climbing, shooting with bow and arrows and learning Capoeira, and hoping that I´ll get another shot at paragliding. : )
I also knit, sew, cook and enjoy camping and hiking. I tried paragliding (fabulous!) and hope to learn sailing and diving (with and without equipment) this year.... : )

Music, Movies, and Books
At the moment: Stimmhorn, Hellboy II, And "Against the day" by Thomas Pynchon.
There is no general direction. But I enjoy phantasy and fiction (preferably in foreign languages) and music that makes me feel emotionaly connected to it (while I´m listening).
I also read heaps of books for my thesis right now that are concerned with art, gender(variety) and general philosophy.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Life! Always. : )
Some people call my performances amazing (probably because they haven´t seen anything like it before...) That´s just my luck though.
What I always find amazing is anybody performing in a circus. Wow! You people are unbelievable. You have my gratitude and deepest respect! : )
And of course nature and people. What could be more amazing than this world and the lifes within?!
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to teach! If there is anything that I could help you with, just ask.
Baking my native Sachertorte, or cooking. Any language I know. Anything from my art (absolute fun for children) and fun with nature (hiking, swimming, camping, dogs, horses, you name it). Sewing (to my ability. I never stop to learn and am a very gratefull student!), and well anything that I might be able to help someone else out with.
As to what I would like to learn.... so many things, that I don´t even know them all yet. ; )
