ABOUT ME

I’m a relaxed, sociable guy who spends as much time traveling as possible. I love meeting new people, sharing traveling stories and generally just broadening my mind by learning about other people's values and cultures.

I’m always up for sharing a good meal and a good bottle of wine with friends. I play a fairly large number of sports including basketball, tennis, golf and football, and have been learning to speak french and italian for the last few years.

PHILOSOPHY

I don't really have a personal philosophy. I think growing old is a privilege that many people don't get.

I've traveled to some of the wealthiest parts of the world as well as some of the poorest and what I've taken away most is that it is an insult to other people if I don't take advantage of the opportunities I have been given.

To meet interesting people from around the world and learn about about their cultures and how they view the world.

Interests

My interests are very broad. I enjoy pretty much every sport on the planet. I also really enjoy playing music and learning languages. I always miss playing my drums while I travel. Other than that I enjoy the usual sort of comforts in life: coffee, wine, food, music, movies, tv and reading.

My favourite tv shows and books change all the time. At the moment I'm really enjoying reading Hemingway.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Watching my little niece take her first steps :), visiting Rwanda, and swimming between 2 continents in Iceland!

I love learning languages so I'm always looking for language exchanges with French and Italian speakers looking who are learning english.
