I like so much things it's difficult to be exhaustive... Without music life would be a mistake said Nietzsche... I'm listening all types of music but I have a preference for hip hop, reggae, soul, rock, blues, folk & afro-carribean. I'm practicing lots of sports too, playing basketball since I was a kid, snowboarding all winter long, paragliding, surfing, canyoning the others seasons thanks to live near the Pyrénées mountains and Atlantic ocean. I spend the rest of my time with my friends eating some good food (my wife is a great cordon bleu), drinking some tasty wine or beer and laughing as much as possible.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Recently I completed a stage of paragliding, making my first great fly alone and it was amazing... Trekking in the vietnamese mountains near the chinese border was a big experience too, but I really have so much high times in my life it's difficult to pick one.
