Hey, my name is Anthony and I am currently an ESL teacher in Shanghai China. I see myself as normal person who does extraordinary things. My friends would describe me as kind and loyal and that I have a creative mind to try new things.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I've travelled a lot and I have never experienced couch surfing, (typing in April 2019). However I've heard so many great things about it and I feel like it's completely my vibe, making it a shame that I haven't done it yet. I have a trip to Macau in May by myself and I would love to meet up with someone and enjoy some time together, whether that's adventuring out or just chatting in the house.

I travelled across 13 states in an RV with my best friend. It was absolutely mental in the best way.

My experience lies in Business and Education. I have taught English to all ages from Kindergarten up to University in both the UK and China. I also have experience being a manager in retail where I used a lot of my teaching experience.

I am a big fan of theatre so I can share all my theatre knowledge as well as my travel knowledge across Asia, Europe and America. I am also studying Mandarin and would love to learn more. I have also taught Mandarin in the past.

This year I was made to teach Art with absolutely no experience. I have started to love it as it is so relaxing. I would love to learn more as I am a complete newbie. I also want to learn more Mandarin as I have an exam soon which I am so nervous for.
