About Me
THE FACTS: I grew up in the countryside in Northern Germany (we call it 'Ostfriesland') basically in the middle of nowhere. I am absolutely in love with this little flat part of the world!
I attended University of Osnabrueck and studied Law. I lived in Osnabrueck for about 10 years. After completing my studies and legal clerkship I worked in Oldenburg for about a year and a half. Shortly before my 30th birthday, I decided it was time for a change of scenery. I got myself a working holiday visa for New Zealand and quit my job. 31st of July 2016, I packed my bags and went on an adventure to New Zealand. Now I am roaming this perfectly lovely piece of earth with my travelmate Wiebke in our little campervan.
THE INEVITABLE SELF-ADULATION: I am pretty sure that I am a nice person. I am quite outgoing and open-minded. Naturally I love meeting new people. I like to talk and tend to do so a lot.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet new people and to find a couch (or a driveway) to sleep on ( or park my campervan in) once in a while.
