About Me

I sometimes do things out of sheer curiosity, even if they have a high chance to result in something stupid. I often feel afraid to miss something, which can stress out people I am traveling with. Seeing different places and meeting different people is also one of my ways to try to find out who I am and what I want from life. Sometimes I wonder if the only reason for being an open-minded person is that I can see the point of almost everyone because I am not sure about my own identity. My most recent discovery is that, apparently, as I grow older my desire for adventure and freedom is increasing instead of diminishing which makes me worry a little bit about how my life will look like in 10 years :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to do couchsurfing while traveling and am glad when I get the possibility to host people so that I can give back something of the great experiences I had with people that hosted me. When I host people, I try to make them feel at home and free to do what they want. When I am staying at someone’s place, I also hope that my hosts feel free to tell me if they want to be on their own or spend time together and that they don’t feel obliged to do anything out of politeness or some sense of responsibility.
