About Me

Hi! I’m Antonella! My friends call me Anto or Tone, a funny surname that my mom gave me when I was a baby. I’m an ancient soul wandering on earth. Just kidding. I’m a 21 years old Argentinian girl who’s currently studying to be an English translator.

Music, Movies, and Books

I’m a music lover. Really. I can listen to almost everything. I’d rather prefer rock music but everything that makes me feel something and gives me goose bumps counts. Radiohead is my favourite band together with The smiths. But i really like time impala, red hot chilli peppers, David Bowie, the Beatles, nirvana, led zeppelin, Eric Clapton and the list goes on. When I go to the nightclub I enjoy listening to maluma as well :P my favourite movie is Amelie, I prefer movies that have some food for thought. Independent movies are often my preference. I’m a series lover. Game of thrones, merli, the Big Bang theory, Sherlock, stranger things, house of cards and black mirror are some of my favourites.
I read quite a lot. The book I love the most is the unbearable lightness of being written by Milan Kundera, love in times of cholera by Garcia Marquez, the portrait of Dorian grey and rayuela by Julio Cortázar are some of my preferred ones. I enjoy philosophy a lot too. (Who cannot become a nihilist after reading Nietzsche?)
I love long conversations about life, other people passions and lifestyle and sharing a beer while talking. Being happy is just a beer of distance sometimes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I’ve travelled to Brazil as a volunteer and I think that experience blowed my mind. How wonderful is traveling isn’t? You never go back being the same.

Teach, Learn, Share

I’m eager to learn everything that the other person is willing to teach me, specially about themselves. I love hearing people’s stories!!
