About Me

I'm an engineer, I'm building things with computers for a living and I don't fear getting my hands dirty.
I'm easy to live with, calm and quiet. I fluently speak 3 languages and am eager to learn more. I also like to share my knowledge or to learn from others. This is why I consider myself a very sociable person who likes exchanging around pretty much any topic. I have no strong opinions in life because every opinion has a positive side on which I'll be open, even if I don't agree. That said, I like sincerity and honesty.
Last but not least, I like to cook, listen to music, party, ride (bike, motorbike), climb.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

2019 May: being in Istanbul for a week!

2019 Jan: For the month of january I'll be traveling in Asia (Thailand, Laos) with my buddy vinc (https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/woodshock). I really enjoy meeting native people, or travelers and I think that Couchsurfing is the best way to do so! It is also a good way to have a roof over your head for a night!

Music, Movies, and Books

I am so eclectic that these kind of choices are hard. Indeed I listen to all kinds of music genres: rock, pop, rnb, metal, hip hop, classic, jazz, reggae, techno etc.
About movies, my favorite might just be Shrek!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm a big contributor on Open Source online (github.com/soyuka). Thanks to that I have been able to talk to multiple conferences and meetup. The one I'm the most proud of happened in Lisbon in december 2018 at the SymfonyCon!

Teach, Learn, Share

Teaching, learning, sharing is literally what I do in my daily job. I'm always eager to learn new skills. It can be changing pieces of my motorbike, doing some DIY things, learning a new programming language. On the other way, I really like to share my knowledge of previously learned things in about any topics!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share a couch in Nantes and will definitely do so when coming back from my trip.
