About Me

Hi, this is Antoine. My english speaking ability is fluent enough to share a lot of stuffs with you. I am a passionate and outgoing student.

I am now going to be a freshmen in the university in Taiwan.
It was always my dream to become a successful architect. Now, I am on my way to achieve my dream.

Before that, I will have a "Gap Year" in Germany as a high school exchange student. This fan page will be sharing my experience in Germany:

Recently, I have been the Official Announcer of the " AIBA WOMEN'S JUNIOR/ YOUTH WORLD BOXING CHAMPIONSHIPS TAIPEI 2015"
It was actually a very unique experience to me, because I don't really understand boxing and how the competition work. I got the chance to learn to report and the professional knowledges in boxing. Also, I met boxers, teams, volunteers and also judges from more than 40 countries. It was really a nice experience.

Interests

DESIGN is like everything to me in my life.

I will be majoring in Architect in the future and I like all things about design. It is very usual for me to visit different exhibitions. I have been to several exhibitions about Architecture, Industrial design and Cloth design

LANGUAGE learning is fun.

I may not be very talented but learning different languages is always a thing that l love to do. I am now able to speak to others fluently in English and Chinese( which is my own language). I used to learn Spanish and French, but I have already forgot all of them. However, I think it won't be hard for me to learn and get all the memories back. I am now recently have more efforts in learning German, because I will stay a year in Germany. It would be much easier for me, if I can speak basic German.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The best experience to me is being the president of Blue Ambassadors. It is a diplomatic club, which is known to receive foreign guests that visit my school. After becoming its president, it became my responsibility to handle all the work in the club. The first activity was to receive students from Raffles Institution. The job of the club is to plan for their trip and classes in Taiwan as their homestay buddies. I started to realize that it was not that easy. For instance, there must be another schedule for city tour suppose that there will be a big rain. This is what we called “Plan B” because we never know what is going to happen. Although we need a lot of preparation before every receptions, the result is that we will achieve a new goal every time and make new different friends. We also received guests from other high schools of Singapore, Malaysia and Australia, and did better and better job next time. To design great lessons for our club members is another challenge for me. I am actually quite proud of the result. In the year, we made a club trip to Taipei and call on foreigners to ask them if there were any changes that they like to see changes in Taiwan. Then we make statistics from the experience and see what we can do. We also invited exchange students in our own school and other near high schools to join our club activities and introduce their culture and country to us. We even became very nice friends. We have other creative activities like inviting missionaries to share the stories of Easter Day with us and held forums about recent news. The opportunity let me learn to become a better leader and make me more confident about myself.
