Extremely involved in climate and environmental issues in my country, I decided to leave my job to discover the world, eager to learn what other countries can offer. I spent my life in France and two years studying in England, therefore I am very curious to discover different cultures in some other places. I also consider this as a way to grow up as a person.
I am specifically intrigued with India and will be in this country from mid november 2016 to early february 2017.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I'm on couchsurfing because I think there is no better way to get familiar with a culture and understand its traditions than to be introduced to it by those who live there. It is also a way to avoid sometimes uninteresting stuff for tourists and focus on authentic local experiences.
I am also a very social person and I think couchsurfing is a great way to meet people!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

My favorite book is Stefan Zweig's biography of Fouche, a historical character involved in the French Revolution and Napoleon's Empire.
I am fond of soul music, especially the Motown era.
As for movies, I keep a sweet memory from my childhood of the movie Rasta Rocket.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I did a three week roadtrip in the United States with some friends, fron New York City to Las Vegas, passing by Indiana, Mount Rushmore, Yellowstone, the Bonneville Salt desert and San Francisco. It was incredible to discover the natural variety of this country, because it is not so much what people bear in mind about the United States.
