*I wont be in Iceland until the 20th November*

I'm French, 27 and I am a scientist in biotechnology. I am working on tiny little microorganisms that can live in extreme conditions, like hot springs or hydro-thermal vents. As Iceland is one of the best place on earth to find this environments, I'm living there since August 2015.

I am an easy going guy, optimistic (the kind of guy always looking to the bright side, even when there is only 5h of day light in the winter), friendly and talkative. But more than talking, I also like listening. It's the only way for learning something :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here to meet new people, who enjoy life as I do. Traveling is nowadays an opportunity for everybody to open up to the world. Finding a place to stay should not be an issue in this case. And what's best than hearing tips, advice and stories from people living in the place you don't know anything about ?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walking on a glacier, hiking in the dark, went into a lava cave, seeing huge whales and orcas, bathing in a river at 40 degrees when outside it's -15, climbing a volcano, crossing glacier-rivers by car, and.... talking with Icelandic elves :)
