CURRENT MISSION
Exchange with people.
ABOUT ME
I'm 27, I've been studying in Paris for 7 years.
I spend a lot of time in classical music, in the National Conservatory, or conducting choirs, singing, even teaching. I've been playing the saxophone for almost 15 years, and I don't play anymore because I don't have enough time, but when I can I like playing it with fiends or in an orchestra.
When I have free time, I like doing sport (swimming, body-building), yoga, seeing my friends in Paris in the evening: there are loads of places you can have fun! I love visiting the town with my family or friends when they come to see me, during a few hours I become again a tourist in Paris and it's magic...
I love cooking (especially desserts!), reading (after my general studies I hesitated a lot between music and classical french literature: everyone has to make choices...), going to a painting exhibition...
I think I'm very open minded, and I'm often very excited when one of my friends proposes something I didn't try.
PHILOSOPHY
To communicate. It's the reason I want to do this job (conductor), and it's the part of my time I prefer. I need to! However I'm not used to tell my life to first person I meet in the metro, it takes time, I like to know the person I'm talking to.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Even I've been traveling with my parents during my childhood, recently I noticed I didn't know really another country and foreign people.
I would be pleased to host someone in my flat and to be a guide if needed. Paris is a big city, there is a lot of things to do.

Music, Movies, and Books

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was in Quebec with my parents, we did not find a place to sleep so a couple of old people proposed us to come with them. We ate smoked fish they had made by themselves, we drank white wine speaking about the place they were living when suddenly the sky changed, and just after it was blue, purple, it moved: we saw an aurora borealis.
I was petrified (because of the wine maybe...) but it was one of the most magic moments of my little life!
Teach, Learn, Share
How to make pancakes like in Britanny (my mother is from Saint-Malo, just next to the Mont-st-Michel, and it's a speciality!!)
I have a good knowledge of classical music, I'm still working on it.
If you're studying french, of course, I'm found of my native language and I like funny words or expressions : I will teach you the art of "contrepet", a kind of game with the sounds of our language, typically french.
