I would say i'm a simple person, and i try to be satisfied by simple things. The point is to be able to turn those things into something that will become a good memory once ended.

I'm more a countryside guy than a city guy. I like to be in the middle of nowhere, chilling at the campagn, exploring nice places and beautiful landscapes with no noise except from nature.
But I still enjoy a big party, a good gig or festival (love it actually !), and I even if feel better standing in the middle of the trees than in the middle of buildings, even if i prefer to hear birds song than cars 's noise, i may like being in a nice city.

I can't stand routine. Comes a moment when i have to break it. So i take a trip, sometimes just in France, with my car, sometimes in Europe, with my car as well, as i like to drive, i go visiting new places, eventually try to meet people ... That's why I'm currently travelling through America with my backpack and my tent : from Halifax to Vancouver, then going down to Bolivia along the west coast, all hitchiking.

I'm always glad to learn from the places I visit, from the people I meet. There is always something good to take from anyone, from any place, a kind of source of inspiration i guess.
In return, I will be glad to share my good experiences and knowledge with anyone.

But sometimes, well, as a simple person, i just open a good fresh beer, light up a joint and let some good old rock n' roll playing. And that can easily be shared as well !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because it's better for my electricity bill ... electricity is expensive in France. So when I run out of money, i make some request on couchsurfing, pretending i'm travelling, like this i save my money ! Eh ! Clever guy, what you think ?!

Music, Movies, and Books

I never run away from any kind of music, but my favorite remains Rock n roll : The Rolling Stones, Clash, Pink Floyd, Rory Gallagher ... Time when music was always giving you something new.
A good old blues and some american hip hop from the 90's are also welcomed.
Music is like couchsurfing, it helps me to travel.

It makes me feel good when I'm a bit down, and makes me feel better when I'm already good.

Good film ? those who make you to change your vision of some things, who teach you something... those who are funny as well (some examples : Forest Gump, Dallas buyers club, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, and, to watch if you don't know it : twelve angry men

My favorite writer ? Fred Vargas (french one) ! What a way to describe people and scenes !

I spent a week in the Ambassade of France in Lebanon
I saw The Rolling Stones in concert at the France stadium

Next plan : I want to travel from Quebec (Canada) to Sucre (Bolivia) by hitchhiking (I gonna need your help !)
