I’m a French guy who spend his time to discover and learn from other. I’m English speaker (& spanish but have to remember) 😅

With my two legs, my head and my bag, I want to bring the world in my heart, and share it back every travelling day. Actually, this utopia defines me. This is my source of energy, and I want to grow with.

When I get travelling, I begin a picker : I bring with me a basket and I put in all my discoveries, social experiences, cultural customs, fun facts, local food, languages, meetings. I deeply think the world is a source of water, and traveling is a way to discover the lands it irrigates, and the people it feeds.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me, travelling is an escape from routine and monotony. CS is a mean to help people to break the rules of the living norms. When you share your stories with others, it’s like writing a book with them. You grow in the shine of those moments 🌅

Because CS makes connection between people, it’s an opportunity for all of us to enjoy time together : remaking the world, listening to music, dancing, cooking, sharing books or passion, visiting… A way of destroying social borders, and building bridges between us 🌈

Interests

🎶 I love sharing my music playlist, and feed it with discoveries. I often practice sports, but always with another action, like running talking, bicycling singing, dancing drinking 😂 (a tea for sure)

One of my passion is cooking 🧑‍🍳 but I may eat all before you arrive 😅 No, joking aside, feel free to give me some ideas and recipes, I will be really happy to cook with (or without!) you.

At home, my hobby is reading. 📚 Opening a book is opening the world : you can live other experiences, navigate through time and space, feel strong emotions… I would be glad to get your reading tips ! I can share mine for sure 😊

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived a lot of experiences in the past, like crossing France from North to South by bicycle or running 90 km in mountains.

But those adventures are just a mean to live special time we cannot describe. A huge sensation of freedom, like swimming in the sea at the sunset with your clothes, or pitching your tent in the top of a hill in front of an awesome point of view. The world is yours for a while. This feeling is exactly what I seek when I travel.

From December 2022, I have been crossing Africa by bicycle 🚲 🌍 12 countries. 14.000 km. Alone in my adventure. But not alone at all in my trip. Because my goal is meeting people, and share time and stories with them.

The largest dinosaur poop fossil ever found measures 50 centimeters. It was discovered in Saskatchewan (Canada), dated from the Cretaceous period would have been produced 65 million years ago by Scotty, a T-Rex whose skeleton was unearthed not far from this giant excrement. I let you imagine what did Scotty eat 😅
