Hi,
I live in the heart of midtown Manhattan, right next to Times Square. I live here because I have a home studio which is easily accessible to NYC residents in all boroughs.
My roommate and I used to host couchsurfers occasionally, and now that she no longer lives here, I wouldn't mind hosting people every now and then for a day or two at a time.

I teach from home every day. On the weekdays, from the afternoon until the end of the evening and on the weekends during the afternoon hours. You don't have to be gone during this time, but you won't be able to use the living room.
