I live with my husband and a gorgeous chocolate lab in one of the villages outside of Luleå, called Brändön.

We are both easy going people who enjoy good food, good conversation and a nice glass of wine.

We both work in the city centre, which is a 25 minute drive away.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meeting new people is usually interesting - and - if I were to visit this part of Sweden, the calm country side is one of the things I would want to experience. Also our house is big enough to welcome interesting guests.

Interests

Right now we are both in love with our new house, having moved to the country a year ago.

Both of us I enjoy travelling, and visit one or two cities every year. Our favourites, and ones we have returned to, are Barcelona and Berlin.

We have a separate guest room with pull out day bed from IKEA - big enough for two people (i.e. it is not a spring mattress, but comfortable enough for a night or two).
