Improve yourself physically and mentally! I don't smoke and drink alcohol. I'm seriously think about vegetarianism. I am advocating a healthy lifestyle.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Now I'm finding place, where I can stay during trip to USA! I've been in this country twice before. When I'll come back to Russia, I can offer my flat for people who interested in visiting my city. I'm ready to be part of CS community!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used this service once, when I've visited World Cup 2014 in Brazil! It was great experience, I'm very grateful Edi and Henrique from Brasilia city!
Next Football World Cup will be in Russia! Welcome!:)

Football, jogging, reading, new information technologies, psychology, everything new! I like to know more about different cultures, because I think it's one of the best way to improve mentally. It's very interesting understand how people from other countries look at different life situations! I imagine and realise different project in IT. For example, my friends and I are developing games and mobile applications. Now I have a lot of new crazy ideas, which can improve world! I hope on this;)

Movies: The beautiful mind, Rocky - I like these movies because they teach how overcome yourself in different areas (sport, science, love). These movies can push yourself move forward.
Book: Atlas Shrugged - It's amazing book, about... about... about everything... business, reaching goals, love, relationships, friendship and so on. It's so motivating book, you have to read it!

I've done some sport achievements which I'm very proud! For example, my crazy trip to Brazil, my 1st half-marathon in winter or my 5 full marathons in summer time ;) Now I'm preparing for Ironman triathlon and great career changes.
