Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm unused to travel in some place not knowing anyone there. I have an occasion of spending a week in Rome. I'd like to meet the people of Rome at least a little, and not just follow the tourist stream. Couchsurfing seems useful in this.

I was trying to end a PhD in physical education history and was bored of it. I stopped and start again other studies in first year until I reached my current job in economics & statistics, so I was student until more than 30 years old.
