I'm a person who likes to enjoy life.
I love to explore all levels of existence: nature, deep contact with others, other cultures, self-exploration, finding beauty even in small things.
The most important thing for me is to live life to the fullest, not just on the surface.
About my interests, I love experiences of body work and group sharing ( tantra, psicology, massages, butoh, dance, in particular contact improvvisation (even if i'm not a dancer :)).
I'm in training in Somatic Gestalt & Bodywork.
I also like also cooking different types od food ( especially apulian food) and share it with my friends.
I feel a particular attraction for the culture, nature and rituals of South America, it's a magic place for me.
