Hello,

I'm Annie Melbourne Australia. I just finished studying design at the end of last year and now I'm working as a freelance graphic designer.

I'm very relaxed but also very adventurous! I love to travel and really immerse myself in the culture of other places, especially discovering the local art and design scenes anywhere I go.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This year i'm travelling for 6 months through South America and Europe with my boyfriend Andy. (He's a super calm Zoologist/nature nerd).
We both love meeting new people and especially getting to know the locals in any place we visit! We're trying really hard while we're travelling to actually see how people live in these amazing places so couch surfing is the perfect fit!

Interests

Design anything and everything! Architecture, photography, publication design, ceramics, graphics etc. all with lots of coffee.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In June Andy and I did a 5 day hike through Torres Del Paine national park Patagonia. It was freeeezing cold but totally magical. definitely an absolute highlight of our trip!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to cook (especially baking), and I think sharing meals is very important!

I can teach a lot about design, and photography and I'm happy to help any host if they'd like new photos for their couchsurfing account or anything like that.

I'm really keen to improve my Spanish so I'd love to learn from hosts as much as possible, and am happy to help with English in return!
