My name is Antonia and I am 19 years old. It has always been my dream to explore a lot of our beautiful planet. After having finished school now in 2022 I know this is my chance to get out there. I want to meet like minded people, play music, enjoy nature,and just see what tomorrow brings !

I love music, am a singer- songwriter and sing on events and weddings
I do pots of sports mainly yoga, fitness, gymnastics, running, calisthenics..
I love outdoor/ landscape photography and videography and wish to deepen my knowledge and experience in that field.

Since I was a littel child my parents took me on adventure traveling. And now it is my dream of exploring a little on my own, and get to know YOU out there!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since my brother has been Couchsurfing a lot in eastern Europe and also accomodates Couchsurfers himself which I have got to meet, I really learned to love the concept because it just seems like such a cool and friendly way to travel alone, but still meat local people. I'm really excited how it will work out fo rme!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I really listen to all kind of different music that touches my heart... Mainly that will be country or rock ballads because I love to sing those myself. But I also really enjoy listening to rock classics and bands such as stone sour, bullet for my valentine, shinedown and so on. Lately I have been listening a lot to music from those "outdoor hiking playlists" because that just gives me the feeling of excitement that I know when I'm out in the mountains which I love so much

Films: As I child I never watched TV, and I still only rarely do, but I did watch some films or shows I enjoyed a lot . The TV Show "Nasvhille" just touched me because of the beautiful music. The same for the films " a star is born" "lalaland" The greatest showman" and some other music or dance related films.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

An absolutely amazing experience I made was together with my family over christmas in northern Norway, near Tromsö. We cross country skied several hours along the coast to get to the old fishermans cabin we where staying in. It was dark all day of course, it was very windy and temperatures reached bellow -20 °C. Once we got there we figured out that there was no wood to light the fire. For sure the house didn't have electricity so we found some candles and went to search some driftwood from the shore to get the small fire going. Hands and feet were numb from cold, but above the Artic ocean the northern lights where dancing and it was just beyond magical. Having found some pieces of wood, we managed to create a provisional fire, that got the house just above freezing. All of us cuddling around the source of heat we suddenly heard a noise from outside. It sounded like from another world. Running to the shore we could see a hint of Killer wales jumping out of the water and disappearing again into the stormy ocean. This was absolutely breathtaking.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to teach/ sing with you together! I have led groups for beginner singers and it is always such great fun to motivate people to use their voice.
Above that I am learning to play the ukulele, I can't play it well so far and I would love to learn more!
I also occasionally teach stretching and fitness related stuff, I would love to train with you together!

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can share experiences, play music ( go busking maybe? I love doing that in germany) , do sports, and just learn from each others lifes :)
