Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet some locals to really dive into their culture and that of their home country. I am really keen to have local knowledge on the areas I am visiting and discover hidden gems most tourists will not have come across or heard of. I have heard of many great experiences friends have had with people they have stayed with while using couch surfing so I can't wait to build experiences of my own.

I love food as much as I love to cook.
I enjoy relaxing while reading a book or drawing but I also love to go out and get hyped up on a night out or at a festival.

I'll give every book a chance, but right now I'm into fantasy and historical novels.

The music I'm listening to changes a lot but I always listen to oldies (e. g. queen) and also new songs.

History is an especially interesting topic for me where I can also share a lot.

I believe that a discussion brings knowledge for both parties so I love to listen to other people's opinions and ideas so that I can further my knowledge and discover how to think in different ways.
