Hello there. :)

My name is Antonia, and I have been a keen traveler for a few years now, which is why I love couch surfing - it's a great way of meeting like-minded people and to be reminded of the wonders of travel whilst at home. I love discovering new places, and I love to meet interesting people along the way, so whenever I get the chance I will be on my way. :)

In between travels I am currently working on my PhD in psychology and like to engage in all kinds of activities; a lot of sports (football, running, swimming, ...), reading (currently loving short stories by David Sedaris), cooking (a lot of Asian food... cannot wait to get the real thing in Asia one day!)... Always open for new things, too!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Travel-wise, one of the most amazing experiences was to ride a camel through the Moroccan desert and stay in a tent over night. Just wish someone had warned us how cold the desert gets at night...

Otherwise trying to see the beauty in lots of little everyday things... a good cup of tea, a long satisfying run, a relaxing bath, some spare time to pick up a good book, ...
