About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I just moved to San Francisco after a 5 year dream to live here. I got into grad scool here and now all I need to do is find an apartment!
ABOUT ME
I'm a 22 year old recent graduate from New York University's Tisch school of the Arts where I studied theater. I also studied Psychology and Italian while at NYU. I'm an outgoing, open-minded, warm and nurturing person. I love theater, music, sports, art, food, wine, laughter, and creating new friendships.
PHILOSOPHY
I live my life for love. Everyone lives life for the love of something, even if they're not sure what.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Last year my girlfriend became a couchsurfing host while living in Brooklyn, NY. At first I was skeptical of the project, but throughout the year we met so many wonderful from all over the world. Whether thy were from Canada, Poland, or France, it was always hard to say goodbye to them. I started getting jealous that my small apartment in Manhattan could not accomodate couchsurfers. But I spent lots of time in Brooklyn, helping make the couchsurfers stay more pleasant. After experiencing the role of host, I'm eager to see what the role of couchsurfer is like.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
One of the most fun New York experiences I had was taking two couchsurfers from Canada all over the city- we got pizza at Ray's, went to the Met, and walked around the city, getting caught in the rain right before they had to leave to get the bus back to Canada. It was a tearful, movie-script departure.
Interests
Drama therapy and any form of art as therapy, movement, music, cooking, traveling, language, writing, running, volleyball, soccer, lacrosse, track and field... ok, lots of sports. Making clothes, or watching people make clothes, singing when no one is listening, meeting people.

Music, Movies, and Books
It will be more fun to find these out in conversation. Then we get to have the,"That's MY favorite book!" and "I LOVE that band!" moments.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiked from sunrise to sunset in Iceland. Yes, it was winter and the day was only about 5 hours long, but it still felt amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
"Oh-My-god-I-had-no-idea-I-was-such-a-good-cook" stir fry: (I never measure anything , so this will be different every time, depending on what ingredients you have and what your mood is.)
The sauce: Soy sauce (low sodium if you prefer), clover honey (or agave for vegans), freshly grated ginger, freshly grated garlic, crushed red pepper. Blend well with a fork.
The other stuff: Extra firm tofu cut into cubes, whatever vegetables you have, also cut into cubes, or strips if you prefer.
Put a little canola oil in the bottom of a pan (of you have a wok, use that! Once your pan gets really hot throw in your veggies and tofu. use a wood spoon to keep stirring them around so they don't burn. Add your sauce and cook until you reach your desired tenderness.
ENJOY!!!
