I am Russian but living in Germany in a small student's city Erlangen. I study Art History and Sinology. It is my second education, the first one is Economics. There are three things in the world that makes me happy-art, languages and travelling. Ah, no..one more thing is Berlin. I've lived there for not a long time but my soul obviously lives in that city.

Music, Movies, and Books

Most of my favourite books are Russian of course, something like Mikhail Bulgakov "The Heart of a Dog" or short novels by Anton Chekhov. Also I like Patrick Süskind and especially his "The Double Bass". From French literature the one of my favourite book is "The Red and the Black" by Stendhal.
From movies I prefer European or Russian, not fantastic or fantasy, I like reality. Modern American movies I don't watch at all, I think they are too commercial and soulless.
Music is all about Techno and Minimal, especially German Techno, for example Wolfgang Voigt or Marek Hemmann. Also punk, oi, jazz, indie or synthpop.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Talking about differences between mentalities and cultures. Drinking some wine and dancing till next morning. And cooking something tasty after a party.
Or talking about art and photography, drinking some tea and eating brownies.
OR just have fun and do stupid things and dance Kalinka-Malinka.
