About Me

Maximum stay: 2 nights, normally, 1 guest maybe 2 (read "my home" section please).

A bit of world by my eyes: https://www.instagram.com/ancestrali.sentieri/

I study literature in Firenze but my hometown is in the south of Italy.

I lived in Budapest to discover the "Old middle Europe"; I would like host hungarian people to have a conversation or news about this country. So if you are Hungarian feel free to contact me (hangout or hospitality).

In my free time doing mountain hiking, i'm a member of CAI ( Italian Alpine Club ) and a guide.

I love travel, nature and outdoor life.

I don't buy a lot of food at supermarket because I cultivate healthy foods in my garden. I produce with my family a very good wine. Nero D'Avola (In Calabria, not in Firenze).

I'm friendly and more curious and I think that travel are a good synthesis of live, more fast.

There was always more in the world than man could see, walked they ever so slowly; they will see it no better for going fast
John Ruskin

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on CS because in this community many people have ideas similar to mine.

I think that meet people of a country is the best way to get the culture and the traditions of the place.
I prefer host people.

This is a fantastic opportunity for meet new friends.

CS is based on ideal of liberty and sharing; I like this.

Interests

I can cook, italian food and in particular the specialties of my district.
Or if you are brave could you try my fusion dishes.
I read and write a lot and love poetry and theater. Unfortunately in this time I do not read, I am in a strange mental state. (Sorry literature)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all literature in particular classic books
My favourite writers are H. Hesse, Conan Doyle and I. Asimov but I read a lot of travel writing for example Luis Sepulveda, Jack Kerouac, Tiziano Terzani.

The character of Corto Maltese for me is a spiritual guide for their lifestyle and their behaviour.

I love cinema and my favourite director is Quentin Tarantino. In this period I'm watching Hungarian and central European cinema to enter in the cultural system of this area.
