I've been living in Koh Phangan for many years, It's a nice paradise island 🏝️

I spend my time exploring who I am and why I am here, through experiencing life, meditation, Qi Gong, reading books, challenging myself, and serving the world.

My passion and profession is videography, I believe that a video is a powerful tool that can inspire people.

During my journey on this planet, I've realized that the things that matter in life are...

My favorite book is "Paramhansa Yogananda - Autobiography of a Yogi" and "Arnold Ereht - The Mucusless Diet Healing System", I like to read books that raise my awareness and consciousness.
