About Me
I am a passionate student in Philosophy, hustling for an academic career. I was born, and I always lived, in Italy, but now I am studying in Leuven, Belgium. I have different interests but I won't necessarily bother you with my stuff, as I love meeting new people, understanding different cultures, and learning new things.
I always travelled, especially around Europe. Part of my travels were made with my family, by going around with our autocaravan. Another consistent part was made just by myself or along with some friends. Highlighs from this second category would be the Camino de Santiago Pilgrimage (800km walking through France and Spain), and a one-month trip across all Europe travelling by interrail/hitchhiking/walking and being hosted only by fellow couchsurfers. However, for the reviews related to that trip, you should look for my dear friend Lawrence Gilardi's ones during August 2019, as I didn't know couchsurfing back then, and he did all the honours.
I currently live in an apartment with a housemate, and before that I always lived in a big family. For this reason, I surely love a nice chat, but at the same time I learned how to properly respect one's time and personal dispositions. For the same reason, I also know how to be flexible with, and respect, all spaces: I am a clean, tidy and respectful person, with a welcoming and cheerful - typically italian - attitude. Another italian stereotype I fulfil quite well is the one related to cooking well, and I will certainly reward your hospitality with some nice meals!
