Hello, my name is Antonio & I am an aspiring travelling cook. It is my goal to collect recipes from every country & cook for friends & families. I would like to cook on a room for service exchange. Tenure is negotiable. I can cover my own expenses & provide 3 specialty meals a week as well as provide care taking service if you'd like.

I turn 31 this year!!! Which means this will be the 6th year anniversary of my retirement from the Army. Once I left I decided to meet as many people as I could & try to share a little bit of happiness where I could. I think my cooking has been most successful at that. So here I am, on the road with a journal full of recipes with every intention of keeping folks full & happy. I'd love to speak with you if you are interested.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I spent a month in Montego Bay, Jamaica with a wonderful family. They were amazingly hospitable & I learned so much! I also taught English in Costa Rica.

Interests

I'm an adventurous sort. I play rugby, paint, cook, hike, swim or just like to relax & take in my environment. It puts me at peace. I keep a journal & a sketchbook with me at all times.
