About Me

I still cannot forget some concerts I went such as Moloko, Pulp and Metallica. I had a dark room once and my favorite photography focused travel was St. Petersburg during the white nights. I like to read about social sciences and independent comics. I like to taste Belgian trapist beers (I visited some beer factories there), I like to drink at Greek taverns (Yes I visited a few Uzo factories as well :)) and rock pubs. I'm generally curious about anything related with human's symbolic activities.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can inspire my guests that the most important key to healthy communication with people is to listen. Sometimes just listening can create a strong bond between two people. I like to learn from my guests about the way of life in different cultures and discover what the rhythm of life is like where they live. I am always open to learning new things about different types of art and approaches. I especially enjoy inspiring conversations about the visual arts. I love to share travel stories and cultural experiences with my guests. Travelling is not just about seeing a place, but getting to know the spirit and people of that place. I enjoy teaching my guests the basics of photography. We can also go on a photo trip together in Istanbul.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I cannot share Havuç (my orange cat) because I leave it in Istanbul.
However, when you come to Istanbul and stay in my couch, it would be great to have an evening beer on my rooftop overlooking the Princes' Islands, accompanied by pleasant conversations.
And yes I may bring some Turkish Delight with me.
