Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since my early teenage years I have a strong contact with people from abroad. At the age of 13, my family hosted for 1 year an American exchange student through the AFS program. On the following year, another one and at the age of 16 another one but this time was German.
With 18 years I’ve done a gap year in Germany also with AFS. One year later I’ve went to College in Coimbra and since then I’ve done a Work&Travel experience in Viena, two big summer euro and south america trips and studied for one semester in Vilnius as a Erasmus student.
This past encourages me to be part of the CS community and I view it as a great way to get to know other people and their culture.
