I joined Couchsurfing when I was in Erasmus and a friend let me down at the last minute.
At first I saw it as a cheap way to travel but after my first experience I realized that CS is way more than that.

I've been a guest most of the times as I've hosted just once but the few months I spent in London I arranged some meetings as well.

The last book I read is The girl on the train; now I'm halfway through The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford

For Christmas I feed a log with tangerines; the log is half covered by a blanket and on Christmas night, after it ate the tangerines, I hit the log with a stick while singing a song about poo and presents. Once the song is finished I removed the blanket and it processed the tangerines into presents!
