I like Couchsurfing, because people are coming together to truly meet each other.

...und dann liebe ich noch Hummus, Kapern, Linsensalat und Klatschmohn, meine alten und neuen Freunde. Seit August 2011 liebe ich auch leckere Lerchen der Baeckerei LUKAS aus Leipzig, die eine Surferin mitbrachte.

WIND IN SICHT-LANDSCAPE IN TRANSITION

With their fascinating aesthetics and unique perspectives, these images speak of a changing country. Giving chance an opportunity to happen. It's a pity that there is no German word for SERENDIPITY.

Dem Zufall eine Chance geben! Schade, dass es für "Serendipity" kein deutsches Wort gibt, denn das beschreibt diese Fähigkeit sehr gut.

Couchsurfing is great because people really meet there again.
Couchsurfing finde ich klasse, weil sich Menschen dort wieder wirklich begegnen. Ich suche aber auch Möglichkeiten eines Wohnungstausches im Urlaub: also Du/Ihr in meiner Wohnung in Hamburg und ich in Eurer in...
Nach dem Motto: einfach mal rauskommen und nicht auf anonyme Hotels vor Ort angewiesen sein. Europäische Großstädte liebe ich genauso wie ein verschlafenes Bergdorf in Südfrankreich.
Also meldet Euch, wenn ihr an diesem Gedanken Gefallen findet...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Bis 2008 wohnte ich in Fürstenberg, einem kleinen wunderschönen Dorf am nördlichen Rand des Sauerlandes, wo es offensichtlich aber keinen Couchsurfer hinzog. Jetzt in Hamburg/Altona/Ottensen ist das schon etwas anderes...
