I used Couchsurfing a lot whilst travelling in the Middle east in 2010

Since I'm very involved in music I listen to a lot of different kinds. I have my background in experimental music but also enjoy various traditional music from the geographical range between former yougoslavia and the khyber pass.
I read quite a lot, often books concerning social and historical issues and also recently discovered the Brazilian poet Ferreira Gullar and the russian thinker Michail Bachtin.
