I'm originally from Cape Town, South Africa. I work as a writer at an advertising agency. I've been living in Dubai for the last 8 years building my international career.

I enjoy travelling. While I have seen much of Asia, I've not been to most of Europe. I've been to the States three times.

I'm super easy-going and enjoy meeting new people, learning their life stories.

I'm openly gay and very respectful of other people.

There's still so much of the world I want to see and so many people to meet. Couchsurfing is a great way to live like a local and meet interesting people. Best of all you get to see things other tourists don't.

I enjoy theatre and food. Exploring nature is another great passion.

I enjoy classical music and all commercial music. You'll find me singing along to the radio quite often.

Among my favourite books are The Alchemist and Eat, Pray, Love.

Favourite movies include Sixth Sense, The Skin I Live in, Little Miss Sunshine.

I prefer foreign language films and dramas. There are just too many bad comedies out there. Although I was rolling on the floor laughing during Hangover and We are the Millers.
