Hi there! I’m Antony, and I enjoy deep, meaningful connections.

A few things about me:

- I love gentle morning routines. I usually wake up, walk a little bit, meditate, and make some coffee (V60 or Aeropress, always happy to talk about coffee 😄 Did I tell you I can drink up to 1.5 liters per day? Yes, I love it.)

- I’m quite introspective and enjoy spending time noticing what’s happening inside—thoughts, emotions, questions about meaning, work, relationships, and growth.

- I’m an amateur artist at heart. I write poetry, short stories, reflective essays, and even some academic-style pieces. I can awkwardly play guitar and bass, and I’m currently learning the tongue drum.

A Fun fact: when I’m really enjoying a conversation, I can happily go on for hours. Many conversations with my best friends end up lasting more than eight hours (we even need to pause to stretch a little bit 😂)
