Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Have travelled and crashed on various people's couches all my life...thanks to everyone...you know where I am to help out anytime you need too :) I love meeting new people from all different walks of life and sharing travel experiences and finding out about different people's philosophies on life!

Also, saw the Solar Eclipse at Balaton Hungary in 1999 😄

Teach, Learn, Share

I am certified in Yoga for 12 Step Recovery and run a weekly class where I work.

I have attended the European Kundalini Yoga Festival a couple of times, drove both times from UK to France (near Orleans) 🙏💗💐🦋.

I have also been to Winter Solstice Sadhana a couple of time in Lake Wales Florida.

Planning a trip to Mexico in March for Level 2 Teacher Training - Conscious Communication (as I have now completed Level 1 just waiting for my certificate) hoping to expand more into the area of teaching yoga ☺️✌🏼 🧘‍♀️
