I DON'T ENJOY...
who is:
- unrespectful (ex. not cleaning after dirtying, not caring about furniture & walls, ...)
- childish (ex. unable to talk about a problem, to ask for toilet paper, whatever)
- cold (too serious and not up for jokes and fun)
- boring (just staying here and doing nothing)
- scared of physical contact (some italians are just this way, embracing and kissing you all the time, ok?)

More than all I won't host people thinking my place is a free hotel, that is not, this is the place where I live and where YOU WILL LIVE WITH ME... and this could be marvellous or awful, depending by our moods and lifestyles!
