About Me

Hello,

Well these sections are always the most difficult one. Umm...How would I describe me? Well, to say the least...I am a person who has learned to live the life as it may come.. I really love outdoors and ABSOLUTELY love to travel....I am doing my PhD in chemistry and despite it being a burdensome and time consuming task, I make a point to take out time and enjoy myself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This seems like a fantastic and fascinating idea.. There is just no denying of the fact that travelling is just not complete unless you see it through a native's eyes. There is no real fun in just taking virtual memories in terms of photographs of all the "touristy" places until you have heard a great story or significance of that place from someone who knows it best and have lived there for a significant portion of his life. Having a chance to be hosted by such wonderful people and getting an opportunity to learn insights about the place in addition, can't get better than that.

Interests

Well I was involved in theatrics in my undergrad. Apart from that, now it's mostly movies, Netflix and everything that is just easier to do for a lazy person ;) lol.., But I love to hang out with people, attending social gatherings and stuff like that..

PS: It is such an obvious thing but I really really love travelling and exploring places.
