Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

To meet locals. To get to know more about the country I visit, their history, their society. Basically, get a better understanding of the place I go to.
Get new perspectives. Meeting and staying with people who live a completely different lifestyle forces one to put into perspective the existence one has been accustomed to.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Thanks to couchsurfing, I got to do an amazing camping trip on swiss mountains with a local. Along with 4 other couchsurfers, I trekked all the way up (almost 1000 metres above sea level) to a frozen lake (Lake Sulsseewli) and camped there overnight. It was one of the best experiences so far!
